E-40 special edition

The E-40 (special edition) is a de-tuned version of the wildly popular E-40. We designed the E-40 SE to meet the Minnesota Department of transportation's (Mn/DOT) strict Section 44a rules governing modified bicycles, while simultaneously being approved by the Minneapolis Satanist Auxiliary's newly adopted, and quite draconian initiative 665.9 regarding the use of semi-flat black paint. We think you will be quite pleased with the results.
